The keto diet has been credited with some of Hollywood’s biggest weight transformations. The high-fat, low-carb eating plan or lifestyle as its followers refer to it, is a tried and tested weight loss plan. With private chefs and catered meals, you can imagine how pleasant it must be not to worry about keto-friendly meals. Or having to find the best fiber supplement for keto – many celebrities got help with the planning of their eating plans. 

Celebrities on the Keto Diet 

  1. Vinny Guadagnino

The Jersey shore star is one of the biggest celeb advocates for the keto diet. He has a ‘Keto Guido’ Instagram page and a keto cookbook with easy to follow keto diet recipes, including recipes for keto diet snacks. Vinny lost a bunch of weight on this eating plan, and he regularly shares tips and advice on his social media pages.  

  1. Kourtney Kardashian

Probably the most health-conscious Kardashian – Kourtney tried the keto diet for two months in 2017 and said that her body “never looked better”. The keto diet keeps her sugar cravings in check and burns fat, and that why she loves it, according to her. 

  1. Megan Fox

The famous actress, who started the keto diet in 2014, says that she cut out bread and the rest of the carb-rich foods. Her discipline to stick to the keto diet shows great results – have you seen how gorgeous and healthy she looks?!

  1. Halle Berry

The actress swears by the keto diet, telling a reporter that she doesn’t “really eat pasta, anything with sugar, it’s very much meat-based”. In the same interview, she mentions that her kids love vegetables and that she tries to limit carbs for them as well. Halle Berry’s dedication to the keto diet shows – she looks great for her age!

Ok, we know Victoria Secret models probably follow a VERY strict diet. But Adriana Lima takes it to the next level – she does intense workouts and follows a very strict version of the keto diet with no ‘cheat’ meals or sweet treats. Where some people prefer low-carb keto diets, Adriana Lima sticks to the NO-carb version. Yikes!

The keto diet is one of the few eating plans that have taken off in Hollywood and beyond because of its health benefits.  It can be done as a long-term eating plan, which is why many people will refer to it as a lifestyle. Luckily, the keto diet is not super expensive, it can be an affordable eating plan.
