True Nerd Story: Having Muliple twitter accounts and @NintendoNelly

Can you believe that I have 6 twitter accounts? Lots of people say that they love twitter but I love it so much that I now have 6 twitter accounts. Many people may not understand but if you use twitter often then you know that having multiple twitter accounts gives you  an advantage. I use it cause I have A LOT of things to say and I use each account differently to attract new followers and hopefully increase my blog’s traffic. At this moment I am aiming to bring @GamerMotion to 2,000+ followers by the end of this month and 5,000+ followers by the beging of summer. To do this I have today more attention to that account rather then all 6 of mine.

A few months ago I started a twitter account just for Nintendo related stuff. I called it @NintendoNelly. Honestly, I saw a few Nintendo fan accounts with over 4,000 followers and I thought I could make a better by being more interesting and posting original stuff. I did that but in a few months I only mentions to get 170. I know I should not care about the amount of followers I have but that is very disappointing that my Nintendo only twitter account did not create the attention I thought it would but I have no one to blame by myself. I already have @NellyPlayz and @GamerMotion witch are my 2 gaming twitter accounts. I also have @AllNel witch is my personal twitter account. Clearly I can not focus on so many twitter accounts, allow me to explain more in this video.

About Nelson

I was a nerd before being a nerd was cool. My parents was always busy with something so they kept me entertained with video games, TV, movies and magazines. I grew up on that and to this day I still love it. In high school I went though a stage were I tried to hide the things I liked to make new friends. It worked but I was disappointment in myself but then senior year I meet a guy named Rimmy. When I first saw him I thought that he was a total geek and a loser. I did not want to be seen with him cause I felt he would ruin my image. In photo class the teacher put us as partners and after talking with him for a while I realized that we had a lot in common. Long story short, Rimmy made me realize that it is ok to show what you like. The things that you love make you who you are and there is no shame in that. Thanks to Rimmy for giving me the idea for "My Nerd Blog". He moved to California and I lost contact with him but I hope he is doing well. My Nerd Blog is not about glorifying the nerd life style it is about showing what we love cause this is who we are, not who we want to be.
